SOLTERRA RESORT ENHANCEMENTS, FALL 2026
Exciting improvements are coming to Solterra Resort this fall, including a refreshed lazy river, resort pool and hot tub, plus the installation of a brand-new bar.
The lazy river renovation begins September 8, 2026. Work on the resort pool and hot tub begins September 22, 2026. All renovated areas and the new bar are expected to open together around December 14, 2026, subject to final inspections and approvals.
There will still be plenty to enjoy during your stay. The clubhouse will remain open, including Café Sol and its delivery service, the fitness centre, sports courts, clubhouse services, planned activities and the new Lawn recreation area, expected to be completed by the end of August.
Best of all, our villa’s private pool and spa are completely unaffected and will remain available throughout your stay.
These improvements are an exciting investment in the Solterra experience, and we look forward to the refreshed aquatics area and new bar opening later this year.
NOTE TO OUR GUESTS:
- You must be 25 years or older to book this home.
- Maximum of 12 guests allowed in the home.
- After booking, you will receive a separate rental agreement via email for you to review, accept and upload a copy of your photo ID.
- Solterra Resort limits each home to four (4) cars per address. There are 2 spaces allocated in front of the villa and any further will need to park in MARKED spaces as per HOA rules.
- Pool heat is an option at an extra charge of $30/night + taxes.
- A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed. There will be a $250 pet clean per stay.
- Smoking or vaping is NOT allowed inside the home nor the patio/pool area. Smokers are allowed to smoke outside in the front of the house with any trash responsibly disposed of.
- Absolutely NO parties. We ask that you respect our home and keep it a fun and friendly family home for family vacations only. Quiet Hours will need to be respected.
- There are Ring cameras on the outside of the home for the doorbell and a driveway camera.
- The home has a smart keypad lock. You will be provided a custom code that will only work for the duration of your stay.

Spirit of Adventure is an OUTSTANDING property! Communications prior to and during our visit with the property manager were timely and appreciated. The accommodations were spacious and up to date and access to our own pool was perfect. Since we spent seven days on property, having a washer and dryer available to us was crucial. The resort amenities like the pool, lazy river, clubhouse and fitness center, were awesome and well utilized by our family. I highly recommend renting a cabana for the day, which ensured that we had a shaded location from the Florida sun. We are already thinking about a return trip to Spirit of Adventure next year. Thank you for making our stay so special and memorable.

Very spacious home. Our family really enjoyed the pool and the quiet surroundings. The area is peaceful, which was a nice break after busy park days. It is a bit from the heart of Orlando depending on traffic, so keep that in mind, but it's only about 20 minutes from Disney parks, which is a big plus. The host was very responsive and communicated quickly throughout our stay.
